  Elders accuse us of Mail Fraud

  well the sh*t has finally hit the fan now.

  it seems that several families in the neillsville / marshfield area have received packages with apostatetm material enclosed.

  at the service meeting last thursday night in two (count them) two congregations the elders have announced that a mail fraud scheme is in the area with packages arriving at publishers homes.

  Why wouldn't they reinstate them?

  i am just thinking about all those df over issues which are now notorious for flip flopping.. when the wt has to change on the 607 thing - that is coming up i am sure - will those who disagreed with 607 be reinstated without further ado?.

  does anybody know of people df for taking transplants who are reinstated now after the flop, or would it be a flip?.

  when the now obviously imploding blood policy finally changes, how likely are those shunned for having a transfusion to be forgiven without them being the ones who have to grovel to the reptiles in brothel?.

  When I asked an elder this question..... Hypothetically speaking.... Back in 1975, say I did not believe that the world was going to end in that year, and I did nothing to pick up the pace, or I refused to push the extreme urgency of the end of the world, using only the bible as my preaching tool. Therefore I was DF'd and my marriage and family fell apart, lost my business and all my friends thru the shunning policy. After the world DID NOT end, would you go back and fix my family? find all my friends, put my business back together? Restore my reputation for being in the TRUTH™?
  
  His answer?
  well, no, most likely the person would not want to come back. As for df'ing in the first place, loyalty to the organization is more important (than the truth)

  UBMs - why do we love JWs??

  i think there's been a thread on this before, but i figured i'd ask again.. for all of the ubms out there, why is it that we love witnesses??

  what is it about them that we find so attractive??

  why are we putting ourselves through this mess when we know full-well that there are lots of non-jws out there who would be better for us??.

  Remember, love is blind! Its supposed to happen that way (or there'd be alot of ugly singles??)
  
  Remember too, your new BF's biological parents aren't the only "in-laws" who'll be sticking their nose where it doesn't belong.

  and CYPs comments - he, like many of us living this UBM life daily and believe me, its a struggle.
  when asked for advice?
  for me sometimes ....
  It's like wondering how & why kids start smoking these days.
  Are they beginning a life long battle with nicotine? will they only be wkd smokers? will they die of cancer?
  
  You might think this is a harsh way of putting it, and I don't mean to compare a relationship with a person to a relationship with a drug or a bad habit, but when the armegeddon seeds are planted by the masters of deception you never know when they will rear their ugly head. If EVERYTHING is not out on the table from the get-go there will be trouble.
  
  on the flip side - don't listen to me, love and romance are my weakness, and everyone deserves to love & be loved.

  i need your help to continue my lawsuit against the watchtower society and the doctor who the watchtower society arranged for to give my daughter arsenic.

  the wts lawyer, hlc members and the doctor deceived bethany and lied to her, convincing her that arsenic would cure her.

  bethany was convinced that arsenic could cure her and was curing her.

  Eduardo made a point.... about how a non-jw lawyer found Bethany mature enough to make her own decisions.
  
  A non-JW wouldn't know about the indoctrination tactics of this dangerous high control group.
  on the surface all JWs seem of sound mind, intelligent, logical etc. (as most all people do)
  however the control the WT possesses is so invasive, the cogitive dissonance can reduce the
  strongest example of character to a sad "loyalty to the organization is more important than the truth"
  even to their death.
  
  It starts with being afraid to eat a Hot Cross Bun, hit a piniata, express genuine love, care for a loved one .......
  
  WT is cruel to the max - guilty of depraved indifference - thinking only of themselves.
